Procurement intelligence for uncrewed systems

Every public tender worth your time.
Found and scored before you open your laptop.

aeroTender watches public procurement across the UK, Europe and North America, reads every notice, and keeps the handful that are genuinely about drones, uncrewed vessels, ground robots or counter-UAS. You get the shortlist. Nobody on your team reads the rest.

No card, no trial countdown, no approval to wait for. You get your own private workspace in about a minute.

Figures as at 26 September 2026. Barely a fraction of a per cent of everything published has anything to do with uncrewed systems — finding that fraction is the whole job.

Why it finds things you don’t

Three jobs, done properly.

Wider than one country

Public procurement across the United Kingdom, Europe and North America in a single list, with history going back to August 2024. Buyers publish in different places and different languages; you get one list, in English, with duplicates collapsed so the same contract never appears twice.

  • One procurement, one entry

Read, not keyword-matched

A keyword alert fires on the word “drone” in a catering contract and misses “remotely piloted aircraft system” entirely. We put AI over the full text of every notice instead, so what reaches you is judged on what the contract actually asks for.

  • A relevance score, so the strongest is at the top
  • A category, so hardware and services can be split
  • A plain reason for the score, so you can disagree with it
  • What the tender asks for, read out of the notice and its documents
How the scoring works →

Uncrewed systems, and nothing else

This is not a general tender portal with a drone filter bolted on. It was built for one sector, and the boundaries are deliberate: self-driving road vehicles are a different industry and are kept out on purpose.

  • Air, surface, ground, subsea and counter-UAS
  • Frameworks and DPS agreements caught too
  • Market engagements — before the requirement is written

From everything published, to the ones that are yours

Three steps, run every night.

  1. 1

    Collect

Every new notice from every market we cover, every day, overnight. Taken from the official publishers themselves rather than from a second-hand aggregator, and checked so that a bad day at one of them cannot leave a silent gap in your coverage.

  2. 2

    Assess

Each notice is read in full and scored for how likely it is to be real work for an uncrewed systems supplier, then sorted into a category with a short reason for the score. What clears the bar reaches you; the rest never appears.

  3. 3

    Deliver

It appears in your workspace, in your email if you want it, and in your HubSpot pipeline the moment somebody on your team marks it as one you’re bidding.

What we don’t claim. Nothing that reads a hundred thousand documents is perfect, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something. We measure ours against a set of contracts checked by hand, we know where it is weakest, and we will give you those figures when you ask. What we will not do is quietly drop the misses and quote you the rest.

Beyond the feed

Know the market, not just the tenders.

Every notice we read also teaches us something about the buyers, the winners and the prices. That knowledge is in the product as pages you can browse, not a report you have to commission.

Every buyer, profiled

1,900+ organisations have bought uncrewed work on our record. Each has a page: what they buy, who wins it, what they have spent, and which of their contracts are still running — the account research a bid manager does by hand, already done.

Contracts coming up for renewal

Awards and frameworks carry an end date. The radar lists relevant contracts expiring next, soonest first, and shows what each buyer did last time — when they bought similar work before, who won it, and how often they buy — so the conversation starts before the next tender does.

What the work goes for

Award values across the sector, as quartile ranges per category — never a made-up average, never currencies mixed. Sanity-check a bid against what buyers have actually paid for work like yours.

Who keeps winning

Every company’s wins on one page, spelling variants merged, totals one currency at a time. Every tender shows who wins that kind of work in that country and who has won that buyer’s work before. Watch a competitor and your workspace hears when they win again.

Where the market is moving

Relevant procurement counted by market vertical — defence, emergency services, agriculture, energy and more — month by month against the year before, with a world map shaded by where the work actually is.

Thirteen years of who-won-what

Award history in some markets reaches back to 2013, with winners and values — so a competitor’s track record, or a buyer’s spending pattern, is a page you open rather than a research project.

The buying that never became a tender

Plenty of public bodies buy drones below any tender threshold, and no notice is ever published. Where they publish what they paid, we pick out the payments to drone suppliers and put them on the buyer’s and the supplier’s pages — kept apart from contract awards, so neither figure is inflated by the other.

Funding, not just tenders

Grants, innovation competitions and funding calls for uncrewed systems on one board, soonest closing first — and for competitions that have already run, who won and what they were awarded.

Scope

Uncrewed systems — not just aircraft.

If it works without a crew aboard, it is in scope — in the air, on the water, under it, or on the ground. Counter-UAS and the equipment that supports operations count too.

Air

UAV, UAS, RPAS, BVLOS operations, drone survey and inspection

Surface

USV — uncrewed surface vessels, autonomous boats, survey craft

Ground

UGV and legged robots — inspection, EOD, nuclear and utility work

Subsea

UUV, AUV and ROV — hydrographic survey, hull and asset inspection

Counter-UAS

Detection, tracking and mitigation of hostile drones

Enabling

Ground control, airspace management, training, sensors and payloads

Deliberately out of scope: self-driving road vehicles and connected autonomous vehicle programmes. They use much of the same language and are a different sector with different bidders, so letting them in would cost you more time than it saved.

Reach

Where the work is.

Buyers across these countries publish into aeroTender. Coverage grows as we extend into new markets, and it costs you nothing when it does — new countries simply start appearing in your list.

In the product

Built for a bid team, not a data team.

A list you can actually work

Filter by score, country, stage, market, type of uncrewed system and free-text search. Mark a notice reviewing, bidding, submitted, won, lost or passed, with notes your team shares. Any view can be bookmarked, sent to a colleague, or exported to a spreadsheet for the bid meeting.

Before the tender

A market engagement is the buyer asking for help before the requirement is written — the best moment to shape it. These are told apart from pipeline notices announcing work to come, marked as clearly as an open tender, and one tick away from the rest.

What the tender asks for

The airframe, sensors, quantities, operating conditions and certifications a tender states, pulled out of the notice and — where the buyer attaches them — its documents, so you know what you would have to fly, carry or prove before you open the pack.

How it fits you

Tell us what you fly, carry and hold, and every notice says which of its requirements you meet and which you have not listed. An explanation, deliberately not a score: about half of open tenders name neither a platform nor a sensor, and a number would hide winnable work.

Deadline reminders that reach the right person

Anything you have marked reviewing or bidding is chased before it closes, and so is any notice you give your own respond-by date — useful for the market engagements that publish no deadline at all. Per person, so the first colleague to read a reminder cannot silence it for everybody else.

Told when a tender changes

Mark a tender and we watch it for you. When the deadline moves, the value is revised, a clarification or new document appears, or what it asks for changes, you get an email saying what changed in plain words — and the notice keeps the history since you marked it.

Your workspace is yours

Notes, statuses and saved searches are isolated at the database level, not by application code, and every release is gated on a security test that proves one customer cannot read another’s bidding decisions. Owners invite their own colleagues without waiting on us.

Straight into HubSpot

Connect your portal and a deal is created when a person marks something — never on a machine score, because hundreds of auto-created deals is how an integration gets switched off in week one. Edits you make in HubSpot survive.

What changed for you, by email

A daily or Monday-morning digest built around your workspace: new open work ranked by how it fits you, deadlines coming up on what your team marked, wins by the competitors you watch, and new funding calls. Sent to you alone, on the days there is something to say.

Saved views that watch for you

Name any filtered view and new matches arrive by email — daily, weekly or monthly, your choice per view. The alert applies exactly the filters the page does, and links straight back to the view it came from.

One board for the team’s calls

A dashboard of everything your workspace has flagged, grouped by stage, with who made each call and a comment thread on every notice — so the bid-or-pass argument happens next to the evidence instead of in a forwarded email chain.

The contact is on the notice

Where the publisher names a contracting officer or attaches documents, both are pulled onto the notice — so the clarification question goes out the day you find it, not after an afternoon on the buyer’s portal.

Tenders in the channel your team reads

Connect Slack, Microsoft Teams or Google Chat and new relevant tenders, wins by the competitors you watch and your team’s coming deadlines post straight into the channel — several channels if you like, each scoped to a saved view. A webhook and a minute; no bot to install.

Ask your own AI assistant

Connect Claude, or any assistant that speaks MCP, and ask in plain language: what’s new this week, what’s expiring soon, why a notice scored what it did, how a tender fits you. Read-only, scoped to exactly what you can already see, revocable in one click.

Tell us when we’re wrong

Flag a notice that isn’t relevant, or tell us about a tender we never showed you. A person reads every one, and a correction made for you is made for every workspace.
